Fees & Rates

Fees and Rates

The estimated rates listed here are for informational purposes only.  Depending on the circumstances of your case, the office may have to adjust your rate.  A range is provided to give you a rough estimate/idea of the likely cost so you are able to budget accordingly.  We hope this information is helpful as we understand that legal matters can quickly morph into extremely high cost.  We do offer limited scope representation, which can be helpful to decrease costs; however, it is not available in all cases or situations.  If you have any question about anything on this page, please feel free to give us a call.  We would love to hear from you!

Payment plans available on a case by case basis.  Payment plans require automatic debits to an account or credit card. All cases will require an initial advance deposit. For flat fee cases, the entire fee will be required upfront before work will begin.  For hourly rate cases, the entire advance deposit is due before any work will be done on a case.  If you have questions, please discuss them with your attorney during the consultation. The following rate information is provided as a guide (not all services are listed), and reflects the fees charged in some circumstances for the matter listed.  These rates do not constitute a contract for services at the listed rate.  The fees reflect a standard minimum rate typically charged for the specific service listed, which meets specific criteria and is determined by the Attorney. All fees may be adjusted based on your particular circumstances, the complexity of the matter, the time and labor required, the need for additional resources to handle your matter properly, and any time limitations placed on the attorney by the client or the circumstances.

Initial Consultations and Case Evaluations – Initial consultations and case evaluations include a discussion on the basic structure of the law in what appears to be the area of law involved.  Please note the Attorney will not analyze particular facts of your case until due diligence has been satisfied.  Attorney will answer procedural questions – How is court going to go – should I retain an attorney – typical handling of cases with similar facts – what are my rights?
